Ingredients :
2 tablespoon of grill seasoning
1 tsp of smoked paprika
1 can of chicken broth
1/2 cup of pickle juice
half of can of chipotle
2 tablespoons of bourbon
5 garlic cloves
5 or 6 oxtails (you can even try this recipe with beef rib tips
4-5 cilantro stems
1 red onions
(2 sliced radish for garnish)
2 avocados sliced (optional)
cotija cheese
2 lime wedges
2 green onions stems
Directions:
In your presser cooker or crockpot turn it on to medium/high, Add your beef tips or Oxtail and add your grill seasoning, and paprika. Now add your chicken broth, pickle juice, bourbon, chipotle, and garlic cloves. Cook for 5-6 hours until meat is tender and falling off the bone. After you have shredded your meat prepare your corn tortillas. Add your meat into your tortillas. Add your chopped red onions, cilantro, cotija cheese, green onions and your lime wedges to squeeze on your tacos. This serves for at least 6 tacos and is great for holidays like Cinco De Mayo, Memorial day, and 4th of July. Hope you enjoy make sure to tag me in your pictures when you make it.
