- Smoked Gouda Mac And Cheese , Shredded Bbq Chicken, Fried Onion Strings

Recipe:
Mac and Cheese:
- 1 lb package short pasta (penne, elbow macaroni, etc)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 4 cups milk
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 8-oz block sharp white cheddar cheese, grated and divided (about 2 cups)
- 8-oz block smoked gouda cheese, grated and divided (about 2 cups)
Bbq Chicken:
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- salt to taste
Fried Onion Strings:
- 1 whole Large Onion
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 Tablespoon (scant) Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon (to 1/2 Teaspoon) Cayenne Pepper
- 1 quart (to 2 Quarts) Canola Oil
- Black Pepper To Taste
